Dalia Said

Biography

Dalia Said is passionate about creating memorable learning experiences for diverse communities and exploring the potential of effective networking. She pursued this passion further by obtaining a Master’s in Education from Harvard, where she focused on group learning and adult development. Since 2005, Dalia has gained experience in curriculum development and event design through her work with both local and global organizations.

In 2013, she co-founded ElRehla “The journey” where she served as the Learning Director until 2021 and she now serves as the CEO.

ElRehla focuses on building collaborative communities within a retreat or event setting. A specific fusion of mental, physical and emotional activities is used across the agenda as different tools to create deeper connections between the participants. We believe that by shedding egos and forming genuine bonds this could unlock a new realm of collaboration.
