Biography
Noha Labib is a passionate and dynamic leader that strives to make a difference & drive exceptional profound impact through Digital Transformation.
Currently, Noha is the Director for Defense & National Strategic Programs at Dell Technologies. Prior to her role at Dell, Noha spent 13 years at Microsoft in key roles including National Security Director & Education Sector Team-leader .. etc.
Noha served in many key leadership positions prior to her journey in tech sector, she has led teams as a Senior Minister Advisor at the Ministry of Family and Population, she has also led initiatives as a Director for Youth Empowerment and Employment Program at the World Bank, and has had deep experience with international organizations; USAID, UNDP, General Dynamics.. etc.
With her vast experience in both the US and Egypt, she participated in mega national initiatives and sits on the board for various national & developmental institutions.
Noha believes in empowering women in the tech sector and has led multiple initiatives at Microsoft as a mentor to young talent and as a Women in Tech champion for MEA. She was also an active member with Women in Leadership in Europe, MiddleEast & Africa & The Diversity and Inclusion Champion. Her excellence has led for her recognition for multiple awards as a key-achiever including becoming a Platinum Award Winner – the Top Prestigious Excellence recognition in Microsoft Worldwide.
Graduated with Honors in Engineering – University of Illinois – Champaign, Urbana- USA, and currently completing her post graduate degree in “International Education Leadership” from Ludwigsburg Germany as a believer to life-long learning.
